Minimizing Homeowner Association Controversy
When a large Homeowner Association needed help to enforce it’s CC&R’s , it turned to one of Karnopp Petersen's Senior Litigators, Ron Roome. Following a 2-day trial, the Court ordered the offending homeowner to remove the fences, gates and dog runs that violated the CC&R’s and to pay the Association’s attorney fees and costs. This resounding success for the Association resulted in the most peaceful Association Annual Meeting in years.
