The City Club of Central Oregon concludes its year of civically oriented forums with an important discussion of the water supply in the Deschutes River Basin. Jonathan Le Marche, Hydrologist with the Oregon Water Resources Department and Todd Heisler, Executive Director of the Deschutes River Conservancy try to answer the question “Is there enough water to nurture the environment, provide the recreational opportunities so many of us enjoy and serve the agricultural needs of the region?”
