Christian Malone
Professional Experience
Christian focuses his practice on civil litigation and land use matters. His experience includes representing clients in a variety of civil cases in Oregon’s trial and appellate courts and in land use proceedings before Deschutes County and the City of Bend.
Christian earned his law degree from Willamette University College of Law in 2005, where he was an Executive Editor of the Willamette Law Review. After graduating, Christian served as a petitions clerk to the Honorable Paul J. De Muniz, Chief Justice of the Oregon Supreme Court, and then as a judicial clerk to the Honorable Virginia L. Linder, Associate Justice of the Oregon Supreme Court. He joined Karnopp Petersen in 2008.
