Ellen H. Grover
Law Practice
Ellen Grover practices in the areas of land use, natural resources, Indian, and energy facility siting law. Ellen has represented numerous clients involving complex Oregon land use issues. Her practice also focuses on assisting the Confederated Tribes of the Warm Springs Reservation of Oregon on renewable energy, hydroelectric, energy infrastructure and other complex development projects and on advising the Tribe on various natural resource regulatory programs and compliance matters. For example, Ellen has successfully represented the Tribe in seeking and obtaining the necessary environmental permits and approvals for construction and operation of its proposed biomass generation project.
