Dustin A. Liddle

Professional Experience

Dustin joined the Business Law Department at Karnopp Petersen after working as a business attorney in Idaho for both a national law firm as well as well-respected regional law firm.

As a business attorney, Dustin takes pride in the success of the clients he works with. Dustin works with companies, entrepreneurs, and individuals on topics of new entity formation, equity offerings and other capital raising endeavors, as well as mergers and acquisitions, general corporate governance, and federal and state tax issues.

While in law school, Dustin worked as a summer honors law clerk at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and a legal extern for the Internal Revenue Service. Prior to law school, Dustin worked as a staff accountant at a regional CPA firm located in Eugene, Oregon.

Dustin has an inactive CPA license in the state of Idaho.

Dustin grew up in Eugene, Oregon and is a proud graduate of South Eugene High School and alumnus of the University of Oregon, where he received a B.S. in accounting.
