Suzanne McVicker

Professional Experience

Suzanne joined Karnopp Petersen’s Estate Planning Department in February 2014. In addition to Wills, Trust, Estates, Probate, and Estate & Gift Tax Return preparation, Suzanne’s practice encompasses Business, Charitable, and Tax planning and implementation. Suzanne enjoys working collaboratively with accountants, financial planners, and other trusted advisors to create and implement cohesive estate plans for her clients.

While attending Lewis and Clark Law School, Suzanne clerked in the in-house council department of a large Portland real estate investment company and advised low-income taxpayers at the law school’s legal clinic. Prior to joining Karnopp Petersen, Suzanne spent six years with Shaftel Law Offices, PC, in Anchorage, Alaska advising trustees and personal representatives of medium to large estates.

Personal Interests

A native Oregonian, Suzanne enjoys raising her children in beautiful Central Oregon. Outside of the office she enjoys hiking, stand-up paddle boarding, canoeing, and camping.
