Tyler J. Moore

Professional Experience

Tyler joined the Business Law Department at Karnopp Petersen in the fall of 2017.  Tyler’s business law practice focuses on representing businesses in a broad range of areas including business and corporate law, business transactions, securities issues, secured transactions, real estate transactions, and employment law issues.  Tyler has a broad range of experience advising businesses and business owners, property owners and developers, and individuals.

Tyler joined Karnopp Petersen after spending nearly 10 years practicing in the Seattle area.  He has significant experience represented businesses and individuals in a number of areas, including employment litigation and disputes, disputes between business owners, real estate transactions and disputes, and collection of monies owed.  Tyler’s work in Seattle earned him the honor of being named a Rising Star by Washington Super Lawyers four consecutive years from 2014-2017.

Born and raised in the Portland area, Tyler graduated cum laude from Seattle University in 2004.  Tyler then attended the George Washington University School of Law, where he earned his J.D.  While going to school in Washington, D.C., Tyler took the opportunity to work as a law clerk at the Department of Justice, Civil Frauds Division.

Personal Interests

Outside of the office, Tyler enjoys spending time with his wife and young son partaking in all that Bend has to offer from skiing to hiking and everything in between.
